Photography has always interested me. I began taking photographs on 35mm film in December 2022.
35mm film as a medium, allows for stories to be told in a manner that is easily overlooked in digital photography. Film allows me to be more aware of my position as a photographer and anthropologist. It forces me to slow down and be intentional both before and after the photograph is taken.
